ShipNetwork · eCommerce Fulfillment

Rebuilding a 700-page logistics brand around the client experience—not just the conversion.

ShipNetwork is a nationwide 3PL serving fast-growing eCommerce brands with 1–2 day ground fulfillment, dedicated client support, and proprietary shipping technology. After an earlier rebrand, the company came back to BLURRD for a complete identity refresh—one focused on feeling personalized, authentic, and caring to the people and companies they serve.

From Business Challenge to Brand System

01 / The challenge

Evolve beyond a conversion-only brand on a massive site.

ShipNetwork's previous digital experience was built for one goal: get the form submitted. Page funnels, CTAs, and layouts were optimized for immediate lead capture—but the brand felt rigid, transactional, and disconnected from the dedicated support ShipNetwork actually delivers. The site had grown to 700+ pages with bloated code—1,400+ class names—and needed a full rebuild without losing SEO equity or breaking enterprise workflows.

02 / The approach

Lead with client experience, then scale it across every channel.

We repositioned ShipNetwork around a clearer promise—the 3PL that actually cares about your experience—and rebuilt the brand from messaging and color through Webflow templates, content funnels, and persona-specific landing pages. Conversion stayed important, but brand awareness, educational content, and nurture paths for longer sales cycles became equal priorities.

Capabilities applied

A focused team, working across the whole experience.

  • Brand strategy and identity refresh
  • Messaging, tone, and visual direction
  • Enterprise Webflow website rebuild
  • Information architecture and page templates
  • Persona-based ad landing pages
  • Content and nurture funnel design
  • Custom HubSpot map widgets
  • Social media creative direction

The Brand Shift

From conversion-first to client-first

ShipNetwork operates at serious scale—nationwide fulfillment centers, proprietary carrier optimization (KNCT), real-time WMS dashboards, and dedicated POD support teams for every client. But the old brand did not reflect that human side. The site was strict, funnel-heavy, and optimized for one outcome: form submission.

The new identity reframes ShipNetwork as a partner, not a vendor. The headline—The 3PL That Actually Cares About Your Experience—anchors a brand built on personalized support, authentic communication, and the feeling that ShipNetwork runs fulfillment as an extension of your team. That shift shows up in copy, layout rhythm, photography direction, and the way CTAs are balanced with educational content.

Leads still matter. ShipNetwork still sells high-value fulfillment contracts. But the brand now also serves buyers who need time—people researching guides, comparing 3PLs, downloading ebooks, or subscribing to a newsletter before they are ready to talk. The experience had to support both the fast converter and the long nurture.

01Brand evolution — A side-by-side view of the strategic shift from transactional funnels to a client-experience-led identity.
02New homepage promise — The hero leads with experience and care, cycling through shipping costs, delivery speeds, margins, and growth—not a hard sell on first load.

Identity, Messaging & Visual System

Personal, authentic, and caring—by design

The identity refresh touched every layer of the brand: messaging hierarchy, voice and tone, color palette, typography, iconography, and UI patterns. The goal was warmth without softness—credible for enterprise buyers, approachable for growing DTC brands, and human enough that dedicated client support feels like a real differentiator, not marketing copy.

Copy shifted from feature lists and aggressive CTAs to outcome-led language: customer care, lower shipping costs, delivery performance, and the proof points that back them up—97% client retention, 8-year average relationships, 42% referral rate, and 4.9★ average client rating. Social proof, team photography, and client testimonials became structural elements, not afterthoughts.

Updated colors and design patterns carry the new tone across the site, social channels, and sales collateral—giving ShipNetwork's internal marketing team a consistent system to extend without drifting back into the old conversion-only aesthetic.

03Identity system — Updated colors, type, and visual language built around client experience and trust.
04Messaging & tone — Headlines, body copy, and CTA language rewritten to feel personalized and authentic.
05Social creative — Identity extended into social channels so the brand feels consistent before a buyer ever hits the site.

Enterprise Webflow Rebuild

700+ pages. Cleaner code. Same SEO footprint.

This was not a reskin. ShipNetwork's site is 700+ pages deep—service pages, industry verticals, location pages, resource hubs, guides, technology pages, and enterprise content built over years of growth. BLURRD rebuilt the platform from the ground up on Webflow Enterprise, using the full feature set to manage a site at this scale.

The previous build had accumulated serious technical debt: 1,400+ class names, redundant styles, and bloated CSS that made updates slow and inconsistent. The rebuild consolidated that down to just under 1,000 class names—a nearly 30% reduction—while preserving page structure, URL patterns, and the SEO equity ShipNetwork depends on.

New reusable templates and components give the marketing team faster publishing workflows. Service cards, testimonial modules, stat blocks, resource grids, and fulfillment network sections are built once and deployed across hundreds of pages—so brand updates propagate without manual page-by-page fixes.

ShipNetwork homepage after brand refresh
06Rebuilt homepage — A cleaner layout with stronger hierarchy, client proof, and a balance of conversion and content paths.
ShipNetwork page system — 3PL services hub and shared service page templates
07Page system — Service, industry, and resource pages rebuilt on shared templates for consistency at scale.
08Component architecture — A streamlined Webflow system replacing 1,400+ class names with a maintainable component library.
ShipNetwork responsive homepage across desktop, tablet, and mobile
09Responsive system — Layouts adapt cleanly across breakpoints so 700+ pages stay consistent on every device.

Content & Nurture Funnels

Beyond the quote request

The old site treated every visitor like they were ready to buy today. The new experience recognizes that enterprise and mid-market 3PL decisions take time. ShipNetwork now invests in brand awareness and education alongside direct conversion—guides, ebooks, newsletters, and resource hubs that nurture buyers who are still evaluating.

Resource pages, industry content, and fulfillment guides give prospects a reason to stay, learn, and return. CTAs are tiered: high-intent paths to request a quote sit alongside lower-commitment options—download a guide, explore the fulfillment network, subscribe to updates. Layouts make room for content depth instead of compressing every page into a single funnel step.

That shift supports ShipNetwork's actual sales motion. Many of their best clients come from referrals and long relationships—buyers who needed to trust the partner before signing. The site now reflects that reality.

ShipNetwork resources hub — hero and resource grid
10Resource hub — Guides and educational content give prospects value before they are ready for a sales conversation.
ShipNetwork nurture funnel — Andie multi-channel fulfillment story page
11Nurture funnels — Download and subscribe paths designed for buyers who need more time—and more proof—before converting.
ShipNetwork 3PL 101 educational content page
12Content-first layouts — Pages built to inform and build trust, with CTAs that support the buyer's stage—not just the sales team's quota.

Persona Landing Pages

Three audiences. Three tailored experiences.

During the identity work, BLURRD and ShipNetwork defined three core buyer personas—the audiences ShipNetwork is most focused on attracting. Generic landing pages were not going to move the needle. Each persona has different pain points, decision criteria, and language—and ad traffic deserved pages built specifically for them.

BLURRD designed and built three separate ad landing pages—each with its own layout, messaging emphasis, proof points, and visual tone tuned to that persona. One page might lead with dedicated client support and onboarding ease. Another emphasizes scale, peak-volume performance, and enterprise reliability. A third speaks to shipping cost optimization and delivery speed for fast-growing DTC brands.

The result is higher relevance from first click: visitors see themselves in the headline, the imagery, and the outcomes—not a one-size-fits-all fulfillment pitch.

13Persona page — Audience 1 — A dedicated ad landing page with messaging and design tuned to the first target persona.
ShipNetwork persona landing page for audience 2 — layered quote, margin, and dashboard sections
14Persona page — Audience 2 — Separate design and copy emphasis for the second persona's priorities and pain points.
15Persona page — Audience 3 — A third distinct experience built to improve ad relevance and conversion for that segment.

Custom HubSpot Integrations

Map widgets tied directly to CRM data

ShipNetwork's fulfillment network is a core selling point—centers across the U.S. delivering 1–2 day ground reach to 98% of the continental U.S. Showing that network on the site needed to go beyond static maps. BLURRD built custom map widgets from scratch—100% custom, not off-the-shelf embeds—and connected them directly to ShipNetwork's HubSpot CRM.

That integration means location data, lead routing, and CRM workflows stay in sync. When a prospect explores fulfillment centers on the map, the experience can reflect real operational data and feed intelligence back into HubSpot for sales and marketing follow-up. It is the kind of bespoke functionality enterprise Webflow makes possible when paired with a clear integration strategy.

16Network map widget — A custom-built map showing ShipNetwork's nationwide fulfillment centers with CRM-connected data.
17HubSpot integration — Custom widgets bridge the website experience and CRM—so location interest becomes actionable sales intelligence.

The Result

01

A client-first brand identity with updated messaging, tone, color, and design language.

02

A rebuilt Webflow site spanning 700+ pages with cleaner architecture and nearly 30% fewer class names.

03

04

ShipNetwork moved from a strict conversion machine to a brand that earns trust before the form—personal, authentic, and built to nurture high-intent buyers across a 700-page Webflow platform.
