Custom code (Next.js, headless CMS, etc.)

• Web apps, dashboards, and products that need custom logic
• Complex integrations, auth, and API-driven experiences
• Teams with engineering resources who want full control and scalability

How I decide

I recommend the stack during discovery based on maintenance capacity, integration needs, performance requirements, and timeline — not personal preference. The goal is a site or product your team can actually run after I hand it off.
