Do you use Webflow, Framer, or custom code?

I use all three — and the right choice depends on your goals, team, and how you plan to maintain the site after launch. There is no universal best platform; there is the best platform for your situation.

When each option fits

Webflow

  • Marketing sites with CMS-driven pages your team updates regularly
  • Strong design control without a dedicated engineering team
  • Fast launches with solid hosting and SEO out of the box

Framer

  • Design-forward marketing sites with rich animations and interactions
  • Teams that want a visual editor with modern publishing workflows
  • Landing pages and product marketing sites that need to look exceptional

Custom code (Next.js, headless CMS, etc.)

  • Web apps, dashboards, and products that need custom logic
  • Complex integrations, auth, and API-driven experiences
  • Teams with engineering resources who want full control and scalability

How I decide

I recommend the stack during discovery based on maintenance capacity, integration needs, performance requirements, and timeline — not personal preference. The goal is a site or product your team can actually run after I hand it off.

See platform options and examples on development services, or book a call to discuss the right stack for your project.
